Monarch Academy is a non-profit organization founded in 2021 to enhance K-12 students’ access to high-quality learning experiences by focusing on academic acceleration and promoting careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, Agriculture and Math (STEA2M). As we recognize the importance of engaging K-12 students in STEAM based education through hands-on, authentic learning, we have created excellent programs and summer camps to bridge the social gap and promote STEA2M education among K-12 students in Houston and the surrounding areas.
The SPARK career mentorship program offers students a unique opportunity to shadow professionals in various STEA2M fields. Through this program, students are exposed to real-world experiences and gain valuable insights into the careers that interest them. The mentorship program aims to inspire, educate, and empower students by providing them with hands-on exposure and guidance from industry experts.

Many students may not have exposure to these subjects during regular school hours or may find them intimidating. STEAM programs provide a supportive environment where students can explore STEM concepts in a fun and engaging manner, helping to cultivate a passion for these subjects.

It takes a village to raise our children. However, it also takes a village of great math tutors/educators to help strengthen their skills. Monarch Academy tutors are patient
and thorough. They have assisted all 3 of my boys in their math over the past 2 years.
Monarch Academy has helped my daughter Natalie in math this past school year. Their instructors are very knowledgeable on many subject areas and fun to work with. The lesson time is very engaging and her tutor Jasmine, always checks during the lesson for understanding.
