In order for children to succeed, they need to strengthen their leadership skills, and their characters to be fully equipped for a STEA²M environment. It is our job at Monarch Academy to help them grow inside and out. Family Engagement. When children leave our care, their relationships with the family is another factor in their growth in STEA²M and in life. Here, we work with families to create stronger familial relationships and engagement within STEA²M.
